Commercial Terms at a Glance
Summary of the commercial basis for our fulfilment integration services.
Charges
Set out in your individual written quotation. Typically comprises storage, per-order pick-and-pack, packaging materials, carrier/shipping charges, and returns handling. Carrier surcharges are passed through at cost. All prices in GBP, exclusive of VAT.
Responsibilities
You provide accurate product data, lawful and properly packaged goods, and adequate stock levels. Stock is held at your risk, and you must maintain your own insurance. Title to the stock remains with you.
Delivery
Delivery timescales are governed by the chosen carrier and are provided as estimates rather than guarantees. Tracking is surfaced automatically through your S Tek dashboard.
Cancellation
The service can be ended by written notice. Any remaining stock must be collected within an agreed period, with standard storage charges continuing to apply until collection is complete.
